Today’s Politically Correct Racism

Here’s a simple test on Affirmative Action.

1) You cannot drink water out of my water fountain due to your RACE. <– Racism
2) You are accepted into the University, due to your RACE.  <- Perfectly fine for the PC crowd.

Look, they’re both utter bullshit.  It’s not like these bozos are accepting equally academic strong individuals, they blatantly say that the students are accepted PURELY on race.  It’s actually kind of appalling that the irony is missed by so many.  Ok, if you want to have outreach programs and such to try and attract minority candidates, then I guess I’m ok to a point with that.  But to actually say with a straight face that I’m accepting this student due solely to his or her race, and not see anything wrong with that… then I guess I just can’t comprehend the PC culture.

So true…

Saw this on a comment board…

The Liberal mantra.
Can I choose a large drink? No it is not good for you
Can I choose an incandescent bulb? No it is not good for the environment
Can I choose low cost coal? No it is not good for the planet
Can I choose to honor God? No that’s offensive
Can I choose to eat fast food? No it is unhealthy
Can I choose to own a gun? No, think of the children.
What can I choose? An abortion

My Email To The Wisconsin DMV

I have a couple questions about renewing my license plates online.  First of all, why is there a ‘convience fee’ with renewing online.  It takes less man-hours to have everything done automatically by the computers online, so I would think you would want people to renew online.  In the end, it’s probably less money for you to process credit cards than it is for someone to rip open my envelope. That basically reduces the paperwork to zero.  Secondly, why do I have to sit through a 15 second video before I register my plates.  Is the fee I paid to register the plates there so that I can pay the actors who frankly, a complete farce, star in the video for the drunk driving ads that probably don’t work anyways.

Thank you governmental bureaucracy.

BLAME BUSH!!!

http://washingtonexaminer.com/madeleine-albright-campaigns-for-obama-were-going-to-blame-bush-forever/article/2505479#.UDOTcd1lREM

Sadly, my old college roommate and I would joke that LIEberals would always pull this BS on ANYTHING.  Temperature is hot… Blame Bush, Packers lose the Super Bowl… Blame Bush, a TV ad that’s longer than 3 minutes… Blame Bush.  But yeah, now they’re openly saying it.  It’s seriously gotten to the point of being so sad and stupid that you can’t write about it with a straight face.  They’re totally 8 year old kids trying to bully people.  I’m speechless, not because of how unfounded this might be, but because they are so fucking dumb and people believe this.  I’m not saying that there are stupid repus… because Akin proved that, but wow, it’s so ridiculous I’m going to go and crawl into bed and laugh… ok, maybe not because it’s so sad and I have to cry for all the NCPs out there.

Russia… the smarter USSR?

So I heard Russia, Iran, Syria, and China try their own hand at making an 80’s movies… erm.. wait, that’s not quite right : http://www.timesofisrael.com/iranian-news-agency-reports-joint-syria-iran-russia-and-china-wargames/

What they’re trying to do is a real war-games, with their militaries being involed in joint manuvers.  This to me is Russia trying to put its hand in the world powers ‘cookie jar’ once again (I mean, c’mon, USSR and Russia is basically interchangable).  After the USSR crumbled and those posers were shown the business end of America’s foot up their ass, Russia has always been at least second fiddle to the US.  Well, they were when they were the USSR too, but now with China taking over the #2 position in the world, Russia is trying to go along for the ride.  Why do I say that Russia is the smarter USSR?  Because this right here is Russia knowing that if they’d go one-on-one with us they’d be crushed, but a joint union with China, and to a lesser extent Iran and Syria, they’re now in a better position to show their hand and have some say in the world affairs.  Do I really think much will come out of this… no, not really, but it still is a cause of conecrn.  We’ve mobilized some forces to The Gulf, so I’m hoping that’s just a show of strength rather than something to come.

Maybe something good will come out of this… Sly Stallone can make another movie and beat the shit out of some guy from Russia (Putin?) who’s using steroids while he trains in the snow carrying wood and running up mountains.

Confused

After Walker’s victory in the Wisconsin recall, I’m confused about a few things.

1) First and foremost, the lieberals are trying to poo-poo it as a non-victory for the Republicans, going as far as saying that the cheering and gloating that Republicans are doing is stupid. Now wait, if they had won the recall would they not have done the same? When they proved they had enough signatures for a recall, they celebrated like the Packers had won the Super Bowl. It’s a classic two face that I find funny on one sense, and left shaking my head on another.

2) There’s a video of a Barrett supporter saying that, “This Is the End of Democracy”. Actually the exact opposite is true. This was is PROOF of Democracy in action. Whether or not you agree with Walker, he won fair and square by an election. This tells me that yes, there are people who disagree with Walker, but there’s also a greater majority of people who support his decisions and policies.

3) Finally, the one thing that I haven’t been able to grasp yet is the issues unions have with Walker. Yes, I can completely see that a union would be opposed because they want to be free and clear of some of the policies he’s pushing. I think they’re wrong, but I’m not arguing against that point. The one part I want to argue is the notion that teachers and public employees have to pay a minuscule amount towards their own pensions and insurance. I can’t help but draw parallels with Obama-care and how the lieberals would make me believe that I should pay more out of my paycheck for something that I do not believe in. They give me the typical bull-shit that it’s better for the populace and I should do it to help those in need. Great, then the teachers should put their tails between their legs and pay a little into their own pensions.

I’ve finally realized what this all means. Give me YOUR (private sectory) money, but I keep MINE (unions / public sector). I did a quick search of Wisconsin salaries for teachers. Yes, there are some low salaries on the list, but guess what, it’s not like I made 50k coming out of College either. The average sallary for an elementary school teacher is ~$51k. Now, that includes weekends off, Christmas break, Easter break, spring break and wait for it… 3 months off in the summer. Not to mention the awesome benefits, mega amount of vacation and sick time. I’d be a little incensed if they didn’t pay a little towards their pensions. I mean, I do… and I don’t rake in that much money… oh and I’m stuck in a suit during the summer… working 8-5.

But, enough griping about teachers… the moral of this rant is that yes…

WALKER WON BITCHES!

Qaddafi

As you probably have heard, Qaddafi has been captured and killed : http://www.nytimes.com/2011/10/21/world/africa/libyan-fighters-say-qaddafi-stronghold-has-fallen.html?_r=2&hp

I’ve noticed numerous responses to this news from idiots, that killing him will just allow the next dictator to step up and rule, so it’s pointless in killing him.  The fact of the matter is he needs to be punnished for his actions.  Killing a scumbag like him may not be an end-all, but does that mean we let him go unpunnished?  He should be punnished for what he did, not what might happen when the next leader steps in.  The only thing we can count on, is what HAS happened, not what MIGHT happen.

Bush is turning the sun off again…

http://techland.time.com/2011/06/15/claim-sunspots-to-disappear-global-cooling-may-ensue/

To summerize that article -> The sun may cause a cooling of earth.

See, the problem I have with so called climate scientists is they are so hell bound on blaming humans that they are blind to other influences.  Has global warming happened?  Sure it has if you look at the temperatures over the past century.  Is it caused by humans?  The verdict is still out but I’m going to say that it’s not a direct relation.

The old adage says that you can manipulate any set of data to fit your conclusions.  These so called experts want so badly to blame the human race that they’ll conger up any set of statistics to prove it.  Correlation does not imply causality.  Has the temperature and CO2 particles in our atmosphere increased?  Yes.  However, an elevation in temperature allows our atmosphere to absorb more CO2, so what came first?  The temperature, or the CO2.

Now back to what the article says.  The sun may cause a cooling.  Well gee wiz Mr. Knowledge, are you telling me the sun may have a hand in all this and us puny humans can’t stop what the sun will do.

Bush and his weather machine can.  Or can that only bring about hurricanes?  I forget…

Me, me, me, me, me

Here in Wisconsin we have a big brew-haw-haw going on regarding the unions. I only want to touch on a part of those unions, the teachers. I never was the biggest fan of teachers due to their insanely good medical coverage, the fact they get weekends and holidays off… oh and that 3 month break in the summer is nice too. Wish my dad could have taken 3 months off every summer, a week at Christmas too. But I let bygones be bygones until I started working in a school. Teachers are some of the most selfish people I came to know. It’s never about what’s best for the students, it’s whats best for them. Oh sure, they’ll say it’s about the students but when the going gets tough teachers bitch and whine like a three year old in K-Mart. The administration is no better. The superintendent always makes it a point to say how important the students are, and that they are the #1 priority. Yet when something goes down on the network or if they couldn’t access their files, they bitch and cried until they are fixed first. Hey, shouldn’t the students be the first ones to fix?

With that aside, my focus of this post is on the teachers and their incessant bitching about the possibility of paying their pensions, paying for medical costs or whatever they are going to have to pay. EVERYONE else in the damn working world pays for those things. Why do they get handouts? They already get everything else handed to them, maybe it’s about time they pony up and pay. I know, I know, it’s like pulling the treat away from your dog at the last second. I mean, they already had that money given to them so you can’t give it to them and take it back, can you? Sure you can. They do it in other industries, why do they think they are so special? They think that only because people have been kissing their collective asses for too many years. Time for them to man up and get in the real world and out of their la-la land existence.

Which leads me to my last point -> Unions breed mediocrity. When your pay is not matched with how good of a teacher/worker you are, then why is there any need to go above and beyond. Being part of the union says one thing, you are not special. You could be the best teacher in the world, and yet you get paid less than that horrible teacher down the hall who’s been there longer than you. Just ass-backwards.
